As a customer of our company, you are aware of and bound by our web designing and web hosting service terms and conditions when signing up with our account.
- Client approval is required to commence work. If you permit us, you will be bound by the contractual terms with Accenditore Software Private Limited.
- Domain and web space renewals are charged annually. If the client wants to transfer his domain/service to another company then the client should ask for the Secure Code/EPP Code in writing 30 days before the expiry of the domain.
- Advances will not be refunded after starting work on the website.
- The remaining payment should be submitted as soon as the website is complete. We will not launch a website until full payment is received.
- We do not guarantee the availability of future support until you fully support our website with a single agreement.
- We will do our best to solve problems caused by the internet like malicious software, spyware, viruses, and website hacking.
- We are not responsible for any changes made to the website after the cPanel (including login details) request has been handed over to the client.
- We are not responsible for your failure to comply with laws and regulations relating to website accessibility, online sales, or any particular business or trade. Consult a company lawyer if your business has complex issues.
